Hi I just wanted to write to compliment your company on the most efficient and courteous service provided by your shuttle drivers on our recent trip to Prague. Everything went extremely smoothly and both drivers were excellent. I would also like to commend the young guide who conducted the complimentary Prague walk we did on November 25th (his Name was Mike - Micallef?). He was obviously passionate and proud of his city and also very knowledgable about it. His enthusiasm was such that he willingly extended our walking tour by 1 1/2 hours to make sure that we saw everything that he felt we should. Just wanted to say how pleased we were with the airport shuttle on our recent visit to Prague. (Sunday 16th - Wednesday 19th April) Peter was there on our arrival (although we were over one hour late), and Martin was on time to pick us up for the return journey. Both drivers were cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and now feel able to recommend both Prague and your airport transfer service to our friends. thanks again, Andy Fraser.

Just a quick e-mail to say how impressed we were with your service. The driver was very efficient and was waiting in a conspicuous place away from the crowd so we had no difficulty in spotting him. The drive into Prague was pleasant and we felt secure in the knowledge we were going to our hotel without the dread of being ripped off by a less than honourable taxi driver. The return journey was in a similar vain and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check in.
