
If we fail to pick you up at the arranged time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will compensate you for the inconvenience (subject to our conditions). However, we will only pay your claim if you contact us immediately if you cannot find our driver at the arranged time (a local free phone number is provided). We will not pay a compensation amount greater than the cost of the journey booked.

If you pay by credit card online, our drivers are informed that the payment has been made, so there is nothing more you need to do. When choosing to pay by credit or debit card on the spot (when arriving in Prague) please note that we do not accept Maestro or Visa Electron cards. If you pay cash to the driver and are booking a return journey, please pay the full amount for both journeys when you arrive at the hotel. Once you have paid, the driver will give you a transport voucher which you can give to the driver on the return journey in lieu of money. However, if for some reason you prefer to pay for each journey separately, this is not a problem. When paying in cash we accept Czech currency (CZK), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US$. If paying by credit card we charge your card in CZK (the exchange rate may vary, depending on your bank exchange rate). If you have the option to pay by invoice (available only for EU corporations), the due date of the invoice will be within 14 days from the date of issue.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, visit the link provided in the confirmation email, send us an email, or call us prior to your departure (at least 3 hours before arriving in Prague). If you have already paid, you will get a full refund. If you are booking a return transfer and paying by credit card, no partial refund is available. If your flight has been cancelled by your airline please let us know so we can inform our driver.
